Fosse Park – Centre Administrator

Purpose of the Role

To assist the centre manager in the day to day administration of budgets and management systems and to provide administrative support for the centre management team.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Ensure incoming and outgoing communications are dealt with correctly.

2.       Assist the Centre Manager with tenant and stakeholder communications.

3.       To arrange internal meetings and coordinate the input of other members of the team.

4.       Responsible for service charge tracking system and Maintaining Departmental Records. To undertake the production of reports, letters, emails, memos etc, and upload documents onto Dashboard as requested.

5.       Under instructions from the Centre Manager to ensure that all periodic reporting to the client, letting and managing agents is undertaken on a regular basis and in an agreed professional manner

6.       To update footfall information regularly and distribute information accordingly.

7.       To undertake the production of reports, letters, emails, memos, etc as instructed by centre management.

8.       The coordination of periodic internal meetings and coordinate the input of other  members of the team.


1.       Assist the Centre Manager with paper and electronic-based filing and archiving.

2.       Deal with all ad hoc general enquiries and help build the relationship between tenants, contractors and centre management.

3.       To understand how to operate the fire alarm system and respond to major incidences and evacuations.

4.       To coordinate and complete accident and incident reporting as per Savills guidelines.

Although this position will be primarily Monday to Friday, some weekend work may be required.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

·       Excellent computer skills, including a thorough understanding of excel and excel formulas.

·       Excellent communication skills.

·       Good demonstrable understanding of customer care.

·       Ability to organise and provide administrative support to a busy team in a fast-paced environment.

·       Willingness to constantly learn new skills and undertake further training.

·       Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (although some weekend working may be required)


£23,000 to £26,000 depending on experience
