Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Member at Isha Patisserie located in Leicester. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the Patisserie. You will also assist in cashier duties, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills using initiative and care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, as well as working individually
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is essential
- Food safety and hygiene certification is beneficial

- Similar role with face to face customer service 3 years (required)
- Barista: 3 years (preferred)
- Restaurant experience: 3 years (preferred)
