Christmas Elf Giveaway One Terms and Conditions (16/12/24)

  1. Details of collecting the prizes will be provided via direct message from the Fosse Park Facebook account.
  2. One winner, giving the correct answers, will be selected at random after the competition’s close date.
  3. Giveaway closes 9am, 23rd December 2024.
  4. No replacement vouchers/tickets/prizes are available if lost, damaged or redeemed.
  5. Individual Brand Terms & Conditions for prize use apply.
  6. If vouchers are included, the vouchers are valid for the term stated on the vouchers.

Santa Express Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition Details
    • The competition is organised with Great Central Railway.
    • The prize consists of tickets for 2 adults and 3 children on the Great Central Santa Express.
    • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  2. Eligibility
    • This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
    • No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  3. Entry
    • The competition starts on 02/12/24 and ends on 12/12/24
    • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
    • To enter, participants must complete the online form.
  4. Winner Selection and Notification
    • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
    • The winner will be notified by email or phone within 3 days of the competition closing.
    • If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
  5. Prize
    • The prize includes tickets for 2 adults and 3 children on the Great Central Santa Express on a selected date of your choice (expect 24th December), subject to availability.
    • Please note: this is a family experience designed especially for children, and the tickets include a visit from Santa Claus and other children-focused activities. Therefore, winners must be accompanied by at least one child to participate in the Santa Express experience.
    • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.
    • If you cancel, with more than 48 hours of notice, we will endeavour to transfer the booking to another available service, subject to availability. Transfers are subject to an administrative charge of £5.00 per person. You cancel after the 48 hour mark, your tickets will no longer be valid.
  6. General
    • All services are subject to availability or amendment. Additional services may be added to the timetable. Great Central Railway reserves the right to change the product offering at any time without notice.
    • Great Central Railway reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition if necessary.
    • By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. Data Protection
    • Any personal data supplied by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

Ready, Set… Win! Summer 24 Giveaway

Wednesday 3rd July 12pm (GMT) – Saturday 31st August 11:59pm (GMT)

  1. Details of collecting the prize will be provided via e-mail. We will never send out links or ask for card details.
  2. The competition closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 31st August 2024.
  3. One winner will be selected at random after the competition close date.
  4. The prize is; 1x 50 inch Samsung TV from Curry’s, 2x Sony Earbuds from Curry’s, 1x Ariana Grande Perfume from The Perfume Shop, 1x Lacoste aftershave from The Perfume Shop.
  5. The TV and Earbuds must be collected from Currys Fosse Park in person, no delivery option. TV may be replaced with an alternative of any brand if unavailable. ID must be presented to prove identity as the winner. No cash alternative.
  6. No replacement vouchers or prizes are available if lost, damaged or redeemed.
  7. Not transferable.

  9. The prize must be collected from Fosse Park Management Suite. Prizes cannot be posted.
  10. The winner must respond via email to claim the prize within one week of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
  11. Winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
  12. Fosse Park reserves the right to cancel the competition and prize if no eligible entries are received.
  13. Closing date for entry is 11:59pm on Saturday 31st August 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

Leap Year Birthday Giveaway
Friday 23rd February 10am (GMT) – Friday 1st March at 9am (GMT)  

  1. Details of collecting the prize will be provided via e-mail. We will never send out links or ask for card details. 
  2. Entrants must be born on the 29th of February to enter this competition and qualify for the chance to win.  
  3. The competition closes at 09:00 on Friday 1st March 2024. 
  4. One winner will be selected at random after the competition close date. 
  5. The prize is a £200 Nando’s voucher. 
  6. No replacement vouchers or prizes are available if lost, damaged or redeemed. 
  7. Not transferable.

  9. The prize must be collected from Fosse Park Management Suite. Prizes cannot be posted. ID to prove date of birth of 29th February will be requested on collection.  
  10. The winner must respond via email to claim the prize within one week of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited. 
  11. To enter the competition, entrants must complete the entry form and insert their date of birth, which must be 29th February. Winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents by the date stated in the post. 
  12. Fosse Park reserves the right to cancel the competition and prize if no eligible entries are received.
