Filming and Photography
Fosse Park is a popular destination and many visitors wish to use the site as a backdrop for their photos and filming. Members of the public are allowed to take photographs in and around the site with a small digital camera/mobile phone for personal use only.
To take photographs of shop interiors and exteriors, permission must also be sought from the individual retailer.
Please note that photography/filming/sketching of the building’s infrastructure or Fosse Park staff is not permitted. Please note that Fosse Park Management team and The Crown Estate retain the right to refuse photography, filming and sketching and the use of drone equipment (including and not limited to tripods) is not permitted in any way on our premises unless prior written permission has been sought.
Prior permission should also be sought to use photography in a commercial sense (such as social media, influencers, websites, brochures, advertisements, student coursework etc.)
