Leicestershire County Cricket Club x Fosse Park Summer Competition
1. Promoter
This competition is jointly promoted by Leicestershire County Cricket Club (LCCC) and Fosse Park- Shopping Centre.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Entry Period
Outdoor Cinema Competition: Entries close at 23:59 on Sunday 12 July 2026.
Proms on the Pitch Competition: Entries close at 23:59 on Wednesday 12 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
Entry must be made via the official competition mechanics outlined on Fosse Park channels (e.g. social media, on-site activation, or digital forms).
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
No purchase is necessary.
5. The Prize
Each competition winner will receive:
Giveaway 1 (2x winners) Outdoor Cinema: 1 x family ticket (2 adults + 2 juniors)
Giveaway 2 (2x winners) Proms on the Pitch: 1 x family ticket (2 adults + 2 juniors)
Tickets are subject to availability and event capacity.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
Winners will be contacted via email by LCCC.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Conditions
Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Prizes must be used on the specified event dates and cannot be carried forward.
Travel, accommodation, and any additional costs are not included.
8. Event Conditions
Entry to events is subject to LCCC’s ground regulations and event terms.
The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control.
9. Publicity & Data
By entering, participants agree that their name may be used for promotional purposes if they win.
Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with UK GDPR and will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition.
10. General
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time if necessary.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This competition is governed by English law.

The promoter is Fosse Park, Leicester
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Fosse Shopping Park or shops within and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be stated in the competition post. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as stated in the post and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents by the date stated in the post.
The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification (applies if timeframe not stated in the giveaway specific terms), we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Fosse Park and/or its agents and not to any other party. Fosse Park shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Fosse Park also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
