Which bus comes to Fosse Park?

When is the quietest time to shop and visit Fosse Park?
Weekday mornings and evenings are the best time to shop as we are quieter and you will be able to park easily.
How can I purchase a Fosse Park gift card?
At the moment we do not have a Fosse Park gift card. Most of our stores offer their own gift cards and some can be purchased online as e- gift cards.
Where is Customer Services in Fosse Park?
We have a Customer Service representative that roams inside Food Central who can assist with your enquiries, during your visit.
Is there a creche facilities I can use at Fosse Park?
Unfortunately, we do not have any such facility at the moment.
PARKING
How long can I park for?
We currently have an unlimited parking limit as long as you are shopping on the park, with the exception of the McDonald’s car park which does operate a 90-minute limit. Overnight parking is not permitted on site.
Where are the Electric Vehicle parking bays (EV Charging)?
Our EV charging bays can be found in the West car park facing Flannels. We have Pod Point and Tesla bays for your use whilst you shop with us. Overnight parking is not permitted. Find more information here.
Can I park overnight at Fosse Park?
Unfortunately no. We do not permit vehicles to be left overnight. Our access gates and barriers are closed/locked overnight.
TOILETS
Where are the customer toilets?
Our customer facilities are located in Food Central on the first floor. There is a lift up to the floor and includes a Baby changing and Changing Places room.
PARENT AND CHILD
Where is the baby changing facilities?
Our Parent and Child rooms are located inside Food Central on the first floor. A lift is available up to this level.
Where are the Parent and Child parking bays located?
All of our Parent and child parking bays are located close to the store frontages and are marked out in orange and white.
MOBILITY & SERVICES FOR DISABLED PERSONS
Where are the disabled parking bays located?
All of our disabled parking bays are located close to the store frontages and are marked out in blue and white
Where can I borrow a wheelchair from?
Please call us to book a complimentary manual wheelchair on 0116 263 06 03. If you require a scooter this can be arranged from Modern Mobility which are located next to Primark. You can find more information and how to contact them here https://fossepark.co.uk/stores/modern-mobility/
Is there a changing places room at Fosse Park?
Yes we have Changing places room located in Food Central on level 1. There is a lift available up to this level. Should you need a key, one is available from the Management office located next door. Out of office hours please call 0116 263 06 03 to arrange access.
SMOKING & VAPING
Where can I smoke / Vaping during my visit to Fosse Park?
You may smoke and vape in our external area’s and in within some of our restaurants in their designated smoking areas. Food Central is a no smoking and no vaping area.
LOST PROPERTY
I have lost a personal item who can I contact?
Please call us on 0116 263 06 03 to check if your lost item was handed to our security team. Our stores handle their own lost property, so it is worth tracking your footsteps and calling the stores you visited in case it was handed in to them. PETS
Can I bring my dog to Fosse Park?
Well-behaved pets are most welcome in the external parts of Fosse Park. Pets must be kept on a short lead and are permitted inside Volpo Lounge. Pets are not permitted inside Food Central and must be carried through should you need to pass through.
LEISURE FACILITIES
What leisure facilities do you have at Fosse Park?
We have a play area for young children which can be found near the west car park infront of the entrance to Food Central. Belong Area is a gaming arena located in Sports Direct. We also have a fox art trail on site that can be undertaken during your visit. More details can be found here https://fossepark.co.uk/foxes/
Across the road from Fosse Park is Everards Brewery which has a lovely meadow. You can find out more here https://www.everardsmeadows.co.uk/

Do your stores accept blue light cards?

SCOOTERS & BIKES
Can I bring my electric or manual scooter on site?
Scooters are not permitted on site. Please refrain from bringing them to Fosse Park. In extreme circumstances, you could risk having your scooter confiscated by Fosse Park or the local police.
Can I bring my bike or e-bike to Fosse Park?
Cycles are most welcome to Fosse Park, in fact, we encourage you to use a sustainable form of transport to visit us. We have Bike racks all around the site. Bikes are not permitted on the walkways and through Food Central and must be dismounted and left at the bike racks during your visit. Please ensure you secure your bike before heading to our shops.
Do you have secure bike storage?
We do not have secure or internal bike storage at the moment. We do have Sheffield cycle stands.

Is there a meeting room I can book on-site?
